The birth certificate of the Alfons Baumann GmbH company for natural stone works and stone masons:From two roots;
from the sculptors entered into the parish commercial register by Franz Kreußer on 15th July 1889, and from the stone masons managed by Valentin Baumann, which itself was entered into the local register at around this time, emerged today's company, Alfons Baumann GmbH, natural stone works and stone masons in Buch/Ochsenfurt and Röttingen/Tauber.
In 1950 the company was managed by August and Alfons Baumann Sen.
Since 1985 Reinhold Baumann has managed and taken responsibility for the Röttingen production site.
In 2004 Alfons Baumann Jnr., the 6th generation of the family, founded Baumann Marmor & Bäder GmbH in Munich.
